Even as a seasoned Counselor

this pandemic + the holidays and all the things

has left me feeling overwhelmed at times.

I know, I know... It’s not the attractive, 

'I am perfect and have 3 simple steps that’ll solve all your problems' 

pitch that every "expert” seems to be claiming online these days.  

 

That’s because cultivating healthy habits and wellbeing takes practice.  

​

Major changes in our lives can cause more stress than we’re used to, which can cause us to think or feel like we're not able to meet expectations, which leaves us in a state of overwhelm.   

What Qualifies Me?

​

I am an imperfect human, woman, wife, mother, and Mindfulness Coach, passionate about helping other mamas to transform wellbeing across every aspect of health starting from the inside out.

 

I have studied behavior for nearly 20 years, have a Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology, worked in the mental health field for over 15 years, and specialize in Marriage & Family Therapy, Addictions, and Financial Education.
