LESSON POLICY INFORMATION
 
Payment is required prior to scheduled lesson. We offer lessons Monday through Friday and have flexible morning, afternoon and evening times available.  Once lessons are purchased, a staff member will contact the gift recipient within 48 hours to discuss teacher and scheduling options.
 
We require 6 hours advanced notice for a “legal cancellation”.  If confirmation is before the 6 hours preceding your lesson, a credit will be given to the next unpaid week; however, if cancellation takes place inside the 6 hour time window, payment for that lesson will still be paid to the teacher.  All attempts will be made by staff to reschedule lessons within a week of the missed lesson.  If prior payment has not been made for said lesson, a bill will be presented at the next scheduled lesson. No exceptions will be granted at the time of payment. A NCNS occurs when a student simply does not call or show up. In that case the teacher is still paid and the family still charged.  Two consecutive NCNS’s result in being removed from the schedule.
